Additions To Your Rotator:
My Ultimate Rotator utilizes an automated website checking system. This enables us to check websites before they are loaded into the rotator. The checker is automated and may allow websites that are breaking the rules. As we find websites that cause problems and pass the checker, we will find better ways to detect and prevent them in the future. It is your responsibility to read the TOS and follow the rules. Your account will be suspended if the sites you add to the rotator break the rules. If you have control over the website, you may contact us with reasons why your account should not be suspended. Before you do, please check that your website does not: * Break Frames * Use Encrypted Code * Load hidden content or scripts * Break any of the rules listed in the TOS. Continued violations of this policy will result in your account being canceled, and all commissions due will be forfeited, without recourse by you. If your an upgraded member, you will not be refunded any monies for time remaining on your account.

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE):
My Ultimate Rotator takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM through our network and services. Customers of My Ultimate Rotator may not use, or permit others to use, our network to partake in UCE distribution. Upon notification of an alleged violation of our SPAM policy, My Ultimate Rotator will initiate an immediate investigation. During the investigation, My Ultimate Rotator may restrict customer access to the members area to prevent further violations. If a subscriber is found to be in violation of this TOS, My Ultimate Rotator may, at its sole discretion, unilaterally restrict, suspend or terminate the violating customer's account. Further, My Ultimate Rotator reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation. My Ultimate Rotator will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense.

Cancellations:
There are no cancellation fees and you are free to cancel any account at any time. . You are liable for all payments due on your recurring date. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, there will be no refunds for that payment. It is strongly recommended you use the cancellation form in your PayPal account. In this case, your account is immediately downgraded to free by our software. Any future commissions and advertisements will be at the rate of a free member. If you have more advertisements than what is allowed by a free member, all will be removed. You will then have to resubmit your advertisements. However if you want to take a chance on email, and send us your cancellation, then your cancellation requests must contain your name, method of payment, username and date joined. If any of this information is missing, the cancellation request will not be processed and you are liable for all account fees until MUR receives required information. We are here to work for you. If there is a problem contact us and we will be willing to work out the problem

MUR reserves the right to cancel any account for reasons that it feels are detrimental to the company, its other clients or our future success. Cancellations performed by MUR are final and all commissions due will be forfeited.

Refunds:
Under no circumstances will MUR refund any money for any reason. If you upgrade your account, you are agreeing that you are purchasing such by your own accord without any coercion or intimidation by anyone associated with or not with MUR. In addition, you agree not to attempt to charge back or dispute any charges made by MUR to your credit card, PayPal account, or any other payment processing listed at MUR today or in the future. You understand that your upgrade is a monthly subscription and your payment will be paid to MUR every 30 days from your initial account start date. This is an automatic renewal through PayPal. When you agree to these Terms on signup, you understand that THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. It is not our responsibility to monitor your account and notify you when a subscription payment is forthcoming. If you have questions regarding this refund policy, please call us BEFORE you upgrade your account at 502-619-9261. Once your account has been upgraded, there will be no refunds.

Payment Failure:
In the event your payment fails to process, your MUR account will be be immediately downgraded, without recourse on your part. You understand that all previous account information will be lost, including commissions due at time of your subscription cancellation. This is irreversible, so be sure your PayPal account is kept current. In addition if PayPal cancels your subscription, your account is immediately cancelled by MUR. PayPal will cancel all subscriptions if you change credit cards or bank accounts, but they warn you this is going to happen. Before you make any changes to your PayPal account, make sure you contact MUR first so we can make sure your account is not canceled as well. Failure to do so will result in account being downgraded to free resulting in loss of advertising above what is allowed by a free member.

Information Provided By You:
Any personally identifiable information you may provide to MUR via this Site is protected by the Privacy Policy associated with this Site. You agree that any information or materials that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to MUR will not be considered confidential or proprietary. You further recognize that MUR does not want you to, and you warrant that you shall not, provide any information or materials to MUR that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, or that incorporates the proprietary material of another. This includes sites, banners and text links that shall be added to your personal rotators.

Advertising Additions:
Sites containing or with links to hate, discriminatory, pornography or warez are not allowed or tolerated. Any such site will be immediately removed. If your advertisement submissions continue, your account will be canceled and all commissions will be forfeited.
